At Hager Wood Preserving we manufacture pressure treated building materials with waterborne, copper-based wood preservatives such as MCA-C and CA-C (suspended copper azole). In addition to providing protection against rot, decay and termite attack, Hager Wood Preserving utilizes the pressure treating process to preserve wood for protection against fire. Currently, Hager Wood Preserving is treating with Pyro-Guard© fire retardant as a Licensee of Hoover Treated Wood Products, Inc. Over the years, Hager Wood Preserving has produced quality products at competitive pricing in an environmentally responsible way.
