Hale Brown Architects is a creative, energetic architectural practice with considerable experience and built projects across all sectors of the industry. Directed by Matt Hale and Simon Brown, the practice provides considered and inspiring design solutions to all our projects, priding ourselves on listening to our clients and understanding their needs. We have successful, built projects in the residential, commercial, masterplanning, education and cultural sectors and seek to add value to every project we are involved in, through a pragmatic, yet imaginative approach to the site, brief and budget. Whether it is the detailed design and specification of fixtures and fittings for private clients, or strategic ways to add value to large refurbished, commercial buildings, we approach every project with enthusiasm and energy to hopefully inspire our clients. Commercially, having built up strong relationships with other consultants, agents and planners after 20 years of experience, we can deliver complex projects from initial sketches to completion, on budget and programme, that understand current market trends. We can also provide professional planning consultancy to clients and developers at the front end of projects to maximise the creative and logistical potential of all sites. We have experience in working with listed buildings and buildings within conservation areas and have a proven track record of gaining planning permissions on difficult sites. Our clients include private residential, residential developers, cultural institutions, as well as forward-thinking commercial clients, including Stanhope, F&C Reit, Tesco Pension Fund and Low Carbon Workplace. We pride ourselves on the amount of repeat work we get from satisfied clients, but never stop striving to explore innovative design solutions and the creative possibilities of each brief.
