Halesowen Day Nursery is a well established, family run, ‘home from home’ early years setting which cares for and educates babies and young children from 6 weeks up to school age. The children here thrive with the love, comfort, relationships and education that we happily provide. We are registered with Ofsted, have strong partnerships with the local Early Years Team, good relationships with many local schools and community groups. We have a keen interest in the Reggio Emilia Approach to early years care and education and place great emphasis on fostering positive Christian values and attitudes.We are a very reflective nursery who are always moving forward in the best interests of the children. We pride ourselves on providing a happy, safe, enjoyable and healthy environment for all children and their families where trusting relationships are built and maintained with each other. We advocate a "working together" ethos to ensure the safeguarding of children is paramount. Parents are seen and valued as the first educators of their children and we acknowledge the importance of including them in nursery life. All children are treated equally and respected as individuals with voices and opinions that are valued and listened to. Children have opportunities to learn about many many things at nursery and through a variety of 'real experiences' that we actively provide them with.
