_____who we are_____ half AND half Studio is a Hong Kong-based architecture and design studio, providing a variety of services that include innovative and integrative architectural design, spatial planning, interior design and art installations. _____what we do_____ We have experiences in projects of different scales and multiple typologies, from art installations to furniture design, from interior architecture to facade refurbishment, from retail stores to cultural spaces, from private residences to public facilities, from interiors to architecture. _____how we work_____ We believe all projects are multi-layered and multifaceted; from inception to completion, we do not base designs on a single idea, but a constant mediation between multiple, and even occasionally opposing concepts. Through a multitude of techniques, technologies, and platforms, we negotiate these seemingly conflicting ideas into a cohesive whole; it is this interconnectedness that gives each project its unique identity.
