Hall Associates was formed in 1975 by John C. Glasgow, Edwin C. Hall and Henry Scholz, Jr. in Roanoke, VA to manage and lease the 225,000 square foot Carilion Administrative Services Building (formerly the First Union Building). Over the past 30 years, we have transformed, growing from a 4 agent, 2 employee firm to 27 licenced agents, 60+ employees. Throughout its history, Hall Associates has been involved with developers on many projects such as the Carillion Administrative Services Building, Coulter Building and Franklin Plaza in downtown Roanoke, and on suburban projects which include Townside Festival Shopping Center, Penn Forest Corporate Center, Century Business Center and Northpark Office Center. Currently managing over 1.9 million square feet of commercial property in addition to over 1,100 units of residential and multi-family and 15 POA and HOA.
