About Hallbrook Country Club
Hallbrook Country Club is a caring community in Leawood, Kansas where members gather with family and friends to play, train, dine and relax. Guided by our discerning membership, Hallbrook takes bold strides as a leader amongst Kansas City clubs. A commitment to quality and the development of authentic connections guide our staff's daily interactions out on our Tom Fazio golf course, in our award-winning Pro Shop, at the table and in the kitchen of our top-quality dining spaces, through our high-performing tennis programs, during tailored wellness programs, at meets with our first-place Dive team and spirited Swim team. The Club is built on land which, for many years, comprised the family farm of Joyce C. Hall, founder of Hallmark Cards. In 1988, as the quiet farmlands grew into a buzzing city, son, Donald J. Hall converted the land into the Hallbrook Farms neighborhood with the Club and a top-tier golf course. Designed by Tom Fazio, the course's rolling terrain is framed by a gentle creek, dense wooded contours, bold green complexes, and distinctive hole settings which capture dramatic views and strategic challenges at each turn. Today, we have proudly made the commitment to ensure our legacy endures with a $22 million project to meet the needs of current and future members. This transformative project includes a renovated and expanded clubhouse with a casual restaurant, wine lockers and programming, golf teaching and fitting studio, simulator lounge, updated women's locker room, added building to house an enlarged pro shop, practice facility with Trackman Range technology that can be used as a short course and event space, short game area, new pickleball courts, and a four-court bubble.
