Our Mission: To develop and manage a continuum of mental health, addiction, and prevention services that have a positive impact on the community and are accessible, results oriented, and responsive to individual and family needs. What we do: Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board (MHRSB) provides leadership in public behavioral health care as the authority charged under ORC §340 with planning, funding, managing, and evaluating behavioral health care in Hamilton County. HCMHRSB works with our community partners to provide a comprehensive array of mental health and addiction services utilizing best and evidenced based practices that deliver a system of care focused on achieving the recovery of individuals and families, and the communities in which they live.
