As a centrally located polyethylene extruder based in Chattanooga, TN; we have a 300,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility on 2.5 acres with 23 extruders and capabilities for co-ex formulations, mono-layer films, as well as high density sheeting, bags, and films. We specialize in co-ex laminations for printing as well as adhesives and foam for the carpet industry. Our founder worked to develop the Gas Flush bag ( MAP /CVP ) for the poultry industry and have our own laboratory and quality lab for custom formulations. We can manufacture co-ex and LLDPE film as low as .0004 and HDPE perforated sheeting and bags as low as 6-10 mic. We can produce rolls up to 40" O.D. for converters and processors of printed films. With dedicated trucking services, warehousing and just in time delivery; we have the ability to earn your business.
