About Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences
A new University of Applied Sciences in Hamm and Lippstadt. Modern campus life, market- and practice-related study courses, openness, tolerance, team spirit, and high demands right from the beginning. Close to the future Working practice-oriented and in small groups, Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences offers high-quality study programmes with a clear orientation towards current and future market requirements. The young team of professors is practically experienced. With an interdisciplinary setup, teaching focuses on both the promotion of individual strengths and the imparting of social competences, such as team work. From the start, great importance is attached to project-oriented working. Last but not least, creativity and communication are important factors required to prepare engineers for the future. Continuously growing Having started with over 80 students in two study programmes in 2009, the university continues to grow quickly. Currently about 4.500 study in different study programmes with focus on engineering sciences. The bachelor programmes Biomedical Engineering, Energy Engineering and Resource Optimization, Intelligent Systems Design, Intercultural Business Psychology, Sports and Health Care Engineering, Technical Management and Marketing and Environmental Monitoring and Forensic Chemistry are taught on the Hamm Campus, Business Administration, Visual Computing and Design, Interaction Technology and Design, Material Design - Bionics and Photonics, Mechatronics, Social Media and Communication Informatics and Industrial Engineering with Business Studies on the Lippstadt Campus. Master programmes are Applied Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Management and Marketing and Product and Asset Management at Hamm as well as Business and Systems Engineering and Technical Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Lippstadt.
