We are a Fine Jewelry Design Company founded in Los Angeles 2003, working with precious metals and stones. We are also a Private Label brand that is a one stop shop for companies in need of accessories from design to finished product . Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, “Han Cholo” designer Brandon Schoolhouse, grew up immersed in the sub culture of Hollywood’s music and art scene. In high school Brandon took classes for metal works, and always had a knack for designing jewelry for himself and friends. In 1995, Brandon started working for the band “Beastie Boys” for their record label “Grand Royal”, where he managed many different aspects of the label. From A&R, to recording songs for the Beastie’s, to publicity and helping out with the Grand Royal Magazine. While working with “Grand Royal”, Brandon learned how to DJ, and thus Brandon’s alter ego, Han Cholo, was born. After several years working for the Beastie Boys, Brandon parted ways with Grand Royal, and made his name by spinning at LA’s hottest night spots and the most exclusive parties. As Han Cholo is so greatly influenced by Rock N’ Roll, Science Fiction, Fantasy Art, and the Los Angeles Culture, the line has become the “it” accessory among Hollywood fashionistas and celebrities alike.
