Only in the US there are more than 12 Million Deaf , of which 1 Million about use ASL - American Sign Language – as native language. Handy Signs will implement Speech Recognition and Signs Recognition, namely the combination of Gesture Recognition and Facial recognition, based on algorithms of Artificial Intelligence.
