Hanking Electronics (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., headquartered in Fushun just outside Shenyang, China. It is a subsidiary of the Hanking Industrial Group Co., Ltd., as a global leader in MEMS technology. Hanking Electronics focuses on developing, fabrication and marketing MEMS products and related electronics components. It is China's first high volume class 100 8" MEMS wafer fab and opened in 2016. Hanking had acquired the Maxim Integrated MEMS inertial business unit in 2016 that included the original engineering team, fab equipment, and customer base. Hanking now holds over 200 patents.
