About Hanley Event Group

We started in 1984 selling balloons and party accessories in Donnybrook, Dublin. As a family run business, we expanded into different businesses and created brands in anticipation of the growth of the special event industry in Ireland. These include, Elegant Linens, our speciality linen business, Pipe & Drape Europe, our event draping business, Theme Events, our prop business, and Partyshop Donnybrook, our famous retail balloon and party business. In 1989, we purchased our central location in Donnybrook, Dublin 4. Today, our team of thirteen dedicated event professionals combine their creative talents and experience, with our range of innovative products to create spectacular results at every event.
