About Hannah's Happiness Project

Coming from a background of depression and more than four years of self harming in my childhood, I want to help people realise that life is about challenging the status quo and that activating and engaging your true passions, gifts and ultimately, self, is your path to a real and fulfilling state of happiness. I adventure round the world with my humble bicycle, travelling slowly, studying cultures, gaining unique experiences, holding workshops, social experiments and talks and sharing all the valuable the lessons I am blessed to learn. My aim is to inspire an international happiness movement, encouraging people to respect themselves, each other, all beings and the planet. I believe the way to pioneer positive social change is to inspire it, not dictate it, so I strive to empower others by showing all that is possible. Cycling as a solo, vegan, zero waste woman helps me to demonstrate that limitations are only there if we make them; with dedication, positivity and drive, life is only full of opportunities. As I evolved into an activist, I made the conscious decision to not spend all my energy highlighting what's wrong with the world but instead I committed to creating and spreading more light, happiness and love. Because when we are uplifted, inspired and contented, that's when we have the capacity to be our best selves which is the most organic way to live more consciously, compassionately and in synchronicity with the world around you.
