From its roots going back to the mid 1930’s as a small shirt factory, Hanover Uniform Company currently stands as one of the largest privately held uniform suppliers in the nation representing nearly 400 factories and supplying over 2,000 customers worldwide. Along with its US manufacturing facilities, Hanover has aligned itself with garment manufacturers globally allowing them to produce nearly any garment for any purpose; and efficiently as possible. Hanover’s home office and 75,000 SF warehouse located in Baltimore, Maryland and state-of-the-art software (both internal and web-based portals for customers) allows them to receive, customize and ship orders on a same-day basis; and to track every facet of an order from conception to shipment. The spacious warehouse facility allows storage for as much inventory as is necessary for program accounts no matter what the size. That has been combined with the most dedicated employees of any company in the Country. Hanover’s customer base include some of the nation’s largest parking companies, janitorial companies, trucking companies, airline services companies, security companies, numerous prestigious Government entities along with more than 40 of the most prestigious military schools in the Nation. Hanover, today, supplies over 200,000 of America’s hardest working men, women and students with their uniform needs each year and is excited for their company’s future and respectful of its past. The core beliefs the current owners, John Mintz and Jim Villella carry mimic those of the company’s founder, Maurice Panitz.
