Hanses Management specializes in management consulting and training for small business owners across North America. With over 20 years of experience consulting clients in nearly every state of the U.S., Executive Director and co-founder Mark Hanses has personal experience addressing nearly every type of situation a small business could run into. The basic philosophy of Hanses Management is that there are workable fundamentals of management which can easily be taught. The reason why businesses falter or struggle is simply lack of knowledge--the executives were never given workable tools. Most business owners are quite bright and competent. After all, they are keeping things going despite opposition, competition, government regulations, etc. The usual reason they aren't where they want to be is simply that they lack workable tools of management and organization. Any "management style" they use--if they have one--is usually just a mish-mash of things they've heard, "good ideas" a friend told them about and guesswork. The success of their business is often left to chance. This can be stressful and cause other difficulties in their lives. Business owners and entrepreneurs are the ones brave enough to stick their necks out and try to create something for the future. Our mission is to put them in control of their business, take the guesswork out of management and make their ultimate success more certain and predictable so they can achieve their dreams in the real world.
