Home and Property Sales & Lettings (HAP Sales & Lettings) is an exciting new agency with over 50 years combined letting experience, that was created to rebuild faith in letting agents. All too often we found they were typically taking fees but not putting in the hours or didn’t see Landlords and Tenants as the most important people. At HAP Sales & Lettings we want to give you the VIP treatment. We love property and will tailor our management to suit you. Want to be informed every step of the process, no problem. Happy to let us just get on with it and give you stress free management, again, no problem. Just let us know how you would like it to be. We understand that Sales & Lettings is a fickle business. If we’re out of the office, we’ll carry sets of keys for our available properties, so when someone would like to see it, we can be there quickly. No booking them in at the end of the weeks because it suits the agent! We are based in the West End of Glasgow, and from there we'll cover all of Glasgow. Our full range of tradesmen are also Glasgow based and where possible we'll use independent companies to keep the cost down and the service personal.
