We have developed a self-awareness app for teens and adults called 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗠𝗲 to empower them to learn about themselves and how their mind works, and apply that understanding to be less stressed and anxious, be mentally healthy, make better decisions, avoid addiction, boost their communication and leadership skills and have happier relationships. This understanding gives you the tools to grow as a person and transform your life. This is based on self-discovery and understanding, and not on any ideology. It can help us live with compassion and a sense of peace. 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗠𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟱 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀: • It helps users understand their own mind • Prevents problems before they arise • Not just a band-aid, but addresses the root cause for long term benefit • Covers not just mental health, but also addiction, relationships, and soft skills • An online journal that encourages self-reflection, which can bring transformation Our mission is to empower each human being with the self-awareness toolkit to live their best life, free of suffering, and make the world a better place for everyone.
