About Happy Food MN

We offer onsite healthy cooking demonstrations, interactive team building events and half and full-day wellness workshops, for companies large and small. We also offer onsite wellness programs for smaller business designed to support and create a happier, healthier and more productive employee. Founder Anna Klimmek, is a trained chef with nearly 20 years of experience and a certified health coach with advanced study in both gut and hormone health. Anna specializes in creating the link between knowledge and action, realizing that the key to maintained health is consistent, easily implemented changes and the "buy-in" of the client to create that change. Happy Food MN events are not only informative, but they are fun. Most events include a healthy cooking demo or group activity that engages learning and solidifies learning with easily actionable steps. All events recieve an idea and recipe packet that covers most of the lesson as well as some bonus recipes. The packet acts a supplement but, Happy Food MN believes they only way to really "get it" is to see it in action! Happy Food MN is deeply connected within the Twin Cities wellness community and can build a program to include a multitude of holistic wellness practitioners such as yoga, postural alignment, chiropractic, physical therapists, enneagram (personality mapping and team building), acupuncture, Ayurvedic, meditation and stress experts. Happy Food MN will put together the ideal wellness event for you, whether it is a quarterly series of Lunch and Learns, an interactive cooking & teambuilding event, a day of wellness or a fully customized wellness & coaching program for your team.
