Today, the Arab world is often shown through a distorted lens. While it’s true that the region is ridden with conflict, what we tend to forget is that there are over 400 million Arabs trying to live their lives in the best way they can. The political situation in most Arab countries being relatively unstable, very few healthcare policies are actually being implemented to improve people’s welfare, hence individuals are left with almost the entire responsibility for their and their family’s health and wellbeing. Our mission is to showcase Arab culture in a positive light through life wisdom, health advice, society hot topics, inspiring interviews and healthy recipes. We address a variety of health and social issues often swept under the rug in an uncompromising way. We strongly hope that this platform will contribute to improving people’s health and happiness while changing some people’s outlook on the Arab world for the better. We also hope it will inspire many initiatives across the region to work towards this goal.
