Through her speaking and coaching services, founder, Elizabeth Miller helps family caregivers prioritize their health and happiness while caring for others and juggling other competing responsibilities (such as work, raising children, and more!). After over eight years of creating content and speaking to groups of caregivers, HHC offers a vast library of resources to help family caregivers regain steadiness, confidence, and support and connect to a community.
