The Hubbub is also a valuable tool for employers who embrace flexible working arrangements. Allowing employees coming back from parental leave to work remotely out of the Hubbub will ease the transition back to work, enabling parents to get on with their job in a professional setting yet stay close to their child, drop the commute to work and facilitate continued breastfeeding.
