Happy Paws Haven is non-kill animal rehabilitation and re-homing centre for abandoned and surrendered cats and dogs. Our aim is to be an essential part of the community through working with schools, colleges, volunteers and community service organisations providing work experience, a pathway into the workforce and to educate the community about responsible pet ownership. Happy Paws Haven is a safe place where all animals that are accepted are given the tools to live happy healthy lives in their new homes. It is all about what is best for every animal in our care and to find the best possible home for them to meet their individual needs. Our aim is that every adoption produces a happy stress free environment for both the animal and the new Happy Paws Haven is animal rescue and rehoming centre in the Clarence Valley in Northern NSW which provides adoption or re-homing services throughout Australia. At HappyPaws Haven our primary focus is on the animals in our care. Happy Paws Haven is an incorporated, not for profit and endorsed animal care, welfare and adoption charity that was founded by Sally Rogers in July 2006 in the Grafton area of the Clarence Valley region in Northern NSW, Australia. Each animal that enters the Happy Paws Haven shelter receives a proper veterinary check, microchipping, desexing and are well fed and cared for in a loving and caring environment, all of the animals are free roaming and are only locked in cages when they are sick. Happy Paws Haven also has a no kill policy meaning that no animals are euthanaised unless they are of course suffering an illness with no chance of recovery or suffer major behavioural issues that endanger other animals including humans. This only takes place if all other avenues of rehabilitation have failed.
