About Happy Vision

Happy Vision was founded as a company dedicated to the design, production, installation, integration and distribution of all those utility products that can improve the independence of individuals with impaired vision. Design procedures follow “Design for All” guidelines, according to which every object, environment and service designed for people have to be planned in such a way as to be accessible to the vast majority of individuals, irrespective of their age, their psychophysical capabilities, or their abilities. Designing an object, environment or service for everyone does not mean just thinking of differently abled people, but also of those who have reduced physical strength: children, mothers-to-be, elderly people, and all those who care for them. Information represents an important method for obtaining independence. People who are blind, visually impaired, or who in one way or another feel apprehensive about entering a space that is new to them, need precise, readily available information that depicts the location in which they are in. Happy Vision’s mission is to help give this category of people the highest degree of independence and confidence in their movements, both at work and during their leisure time. As can be imagined, there are many types of visual impairment, and so a comprehensive solution has to be devised that can meet different types of needs as regards independence.
