We believe great coffee should be personal, which is why every 1/2 lb. bag is roasted just for you, only when you order—never in large batches sitting on a shelf. You choose a blend or single origin and your preferred roast level, and we roast it the same or next day, ensuring peak freshness when it reaches your doorstep. At Harbor & Rise, we’re dedicated not only to the craft, but also the ethics behind the beans. We source our green coffees only from sustainable farms that uphold fair work practices, many of them small, family-run operations. These often generational farmers pour their expertise and care into growing incredible coffee, and we want to ensure they’re paid fairly for their labor.
