Harbour Hospice is one of the largest hospices in New Zealand, caring for patients with a life-limiting illness, their family and whānau for more than 40 years. Each year we care for more than 1300 people across the beautiful North Shore, Hibiscus Coast and Warkworth/Wellsford regions, supporting them at home and in our Inpatient Units to live every moment in whatever way is most important to them.
