Harbour Software is a Victoria-based company that has been providing niche cloud-based solutions to local governments for over 15 years. Utilising our in-house development capabilities, we develop tailored applications specific to local government councils’ needs. One of our key strengths is our ability to understand the needs of our clients and to translate them into a robust, intuitive solutions utilising a variety of software platforms. This philosophy is the foundation of our development strategy which resulted in creation of our end-to-end meeting management solution Doc Assembler and its accompanying document distribution app Docs On Tap. These cloud-based solutions leverage off the ability to provide real-time document collaboration, providing an end-to-end process from the creation of agendas and reports through to managing minutes and the resulting action items. We are currently working with over 170 councils across Australia and New Zealand. These councils range in size from a few hundred residents through to ones with as many as one million residents. Regardless of their size and whether they choose Doc Assembler and Docs On Tap or just one of the solutions, all our clients benefit from the power and cost efficiencies of software delivered as a service (SaaS).
