Founded in 2013 in Cornwall, Harbourtown Hospitality is a successful family-run business led by Mel, John, and Tom. A company that started with The Sharksfin, in Mevagissey, with a love for Cornwall hospitality and high-quality service, now has seven brands and nine venues across the county. In 2016 The Longstore and Short & Strong opened their doors in Charlestown and completely changed the food and drinks scene in the historic harbour. True to their mission, which is to provide excellent food & drinks, high quality and attentive service in great locations, exceeding customers’ expectations, the team launched HarbourQ (Charlestown), 12 Beach Road (Newquay), The Longstore Lemon Street (Truro), The Cellar (Charlestown), Springtide Seaside Kitchen (Charlestown), Dough Buoys (Charlestown) and On the Boards (Truro). ‘As a family-run business, we aim to make you feel at home.
