Our Harcourts franchise was established in 1988, in a small office on the Kapiti Coast. As Harcourt’s largest international franchise, our offices contain over 200 staff made up of 150 salespeople, and management team and support staff across our 13 offices throughout the lower North Island. This profile has been enhanced through providing a full spectrum of specialized real estate service – encompassing residential, commercial, commercial lease, rural and lifestyle, subdivision, investment and Mortgagee sales.
