About Hard Anodising Surface Treatments
Hard Anodising offers a range of metal finishing processes designed to upgrade the performance of metal surfaces. We are a fully independent company, with NADCAP accreditation for chemical processing, and have been approved as suppliers to Boeing and Lufthansa . Our laboratory is equipped to carry out testing and inspection to the standards required by both UK and International specifications. At a practical level we have 7 anodising vats one of which is 6 metres long by 3 metres deep by 1.2 metres wide. We have a chromate conversion line and our electroless nickel plating facility has been in production for fifteen years. We undertake both high volume and prototype anodising work and have departments dedicated to either commercial or technical specifications. Aware that ours is often the last process before completion of a job, we aim to minimise turnaround times, and can offer a 'while you wait' service when necessary.
