The first Woodfin Suite Hotel opened in 1986, and the first Chase Suite Hotel opened in 1996. Since its founding, the company has developed, managed or franchised more than 25 hotels with a total of over 4,000 rooms in 13 states. Mr. Hardage, an early pioneer of all-suite hotels, understood the changing needs of business travelers and extended stay guests.
