Hardin & Associates was founded by Loraine Hardin who applies more than 30 years of experience running businesses to her work. Loraine is passionate about helping leadership teams in small and medium-sized companies “Get a Grip” on their business through the implementation of a complete and proven system called Entrepreneurial Operating System® or EOS®. The model includes a set of simple and practical tools that help a company do three things: • Vision – from the standpoint of getting leaders 100% on the same page with where the company is headed and how it will get there. • Traction – from the standpoint of helping your leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing well to achieve every part of the vision. • Healthy – meaning helping leaders become a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team.
