Hare & Liddell Construction constituted on 13 March 1992 enjoys full membership of the MBA. We are general contractors who have historically specialised in commercial / industrial developments, however we do work in all sectors and can confidently work on contracts up to R 100 million in value. We continue to operate in the traditional way by employing a core of skilled foremen and artisans and use specialist subcontractors where required. We believe in fostering skills in the industry and therefore continue to employ apprentices and have ongoing training programs for artisans, foremen and contracts managers. Our shareholders, many of whom are previously disadvantaged individuals, are directly involved in the running of the company. As a medium sized construction company we offer a full QS / estimating service for developments from design to handover phases and including a turn-key service for all contracts.
