Hello my name is Dave Pare'. My 30 years in manufacturing operations management have been an incredible ride! These experiences are what drives me to start Harmony Consulting 413! In person Consulting focusing on continuous improvement in operations in areas to include process flow, safety, logistics, quality, employee morale and overall culture. Consulting work is in person working along side those who are looking for other ways to improve operations. No contracts, no retainers, no remote meetings.
