About Harmony Heals

Harmony Heals is a counseling center providing Individual, Couples, Family, Group, and Intensive Outpatient Therapy. We provide a loving and nurturing environment where our clients can heal. Our therapists guide and support clients to uncover the wounds and traumatic experiences which hinder their ability to feel that they truly matter. We want our clients to have the life they want, and we give them the tools needed to make that possible. Our areas of focus include: Trauma, Addiction, Codependency, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Eating Disorders, and Co-Occurring Disorders, though we are qualified and capable of treating most mental health issues. Our therapists use a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodrama, gestalt, play therapy, and EIT, among others. In addition to therapy and IOP, we also offer a wide range of alternative and oriental medicine services, including acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, tai chi, guided meditation, etc.
