About Harmony HR Coaching
I am a coach and mentor for HR leaders, helping them to navigate the challenges of leadership and change. Being a leader can be an isolating role, but it is particularly tough as a People leader. Not only do your team look to you for support, but the business does also. The expectation of you to know it all when it comes to people and always portray that outward is high. If you can’t successfully lead and navigate people and leadership then how can the business trust you to do it for them? This is where I can help. You need someone to discuss your thoughts, plans and sometimes to let off steam so you can be the high performing leader that you know you are. Other people don’t get it, but I do. I have extensive experience in leading and developing HR teams and undertook transformation HR service changes that saw incredible results. At that time, I was fortunate that I was part of a team of three HR leaders, so we could support each other but it would have been so much easier, and I certainly would have been more sane and less stressed if I had an external ear to lean on.
