About Harmony Movement

Harmony Movement, a non-profit organization established in 1994, offers tailored professional development workshops and certificate programs to promote diversity, equity and inclusion across different sectors such as construction, media, the environment, education, engineering and social services. Through interactive workshops, participants explore inclusive practices while gaining tools to challenge biases, stereotypes and discrimination in the workplace. Our highly skilled facilitators guide courageous conversations to reshape organizational culture and practice developing leadership skills for employees at all levels to support equity and inclusion in the workplace. Participants build skills to identify bias, prevent harassment, cultivate inclusive leadership, and integrate equity into their workplace culture.
