At Harmony Properties, we specialize in sustainable land development that will benefit the community for generations to come. Our senior team has many years of experience in the land development industry. We are also mentoring new team members that will bring a vibrant, youthful synergy to our future. Our creative thinking and careful research brings an expertise in repositioning land to best satisfy the demands of the market and the needs of the surrounding communities. Harmony Properties enjoys solid and longstanding relationships with local politicians, government officials, builders, other developers and investors. At Harmony Properties, we do not limit our development projects to particular neighbourhoods or cities. Currently, many of our projects are in the Metro Vancouver area, specifically Anmore, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. We also have ongoing interests in Alberta and Ontario, and in the future we may invest in other regions as well.
