Harold K. Jordan & Company (HKJ) is a general contractor that specializes in multi-family residential communities and commercial housing, both public and private. Founded by Harold K. Jordan in Apex, North Carolina--a community 20-minutes southwest of Raleigh--the company has grown to include offices in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina. As your construction partner, HKJ provides preliminary budgets, design development, construction documents and final turnover. We build a wide range of multi-family residential projects such as garden, mix-use, mid-high rise, condos, renovations, hotels, podiums, wraps, Texas donuts, urban infills, senior housing, student housing and, most recently, boutique apartments. These projects are financed several ways: conventionally, HUD, tax credits, and through private and public sectors. With nearly 30 years of experience and hundreds of successfully completed construction projects in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, we make it easy to work with us.
