Harrier Candidates is a new offering brought to you by Harrier Search Ltd, the first recruitment agency specialising in the world of LegalTech and Legal Operations. www.harriercandidates.com combines the best elements of LinkedIn and Glassdoor to allow you as an individual to benchmark yourself against industry peers not just by current and desired compensation but also by your skills, and to make yourself more discoverable to potential employers, all the while maintaining your anonymity. For employers, you can search our roster of international talent using over 30 criteria bespoke to our industry, gain market intelligence, approach and hire candidates at half the cost of using a traditional recruitment agency. Who we serve: Full service for LegalTech vendors, we welcome candidates in C-suite, Development/Engineering, Product, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success et al. Within in-house teams, for now we are interested in Legal Operations professionals. Within law firms, we welcome all Business Services/Legal Ops professionals: Knowledge Management, Innovation/Change Management, Business Analysts, eDiscovery specialists, Data Scientists, Legal Engineers, Solutions Architects/Managers, Web Developers, Legal Project Managers...if you don't practise law but still help the law firm provide exemplary service, then you're a Harrier Candidate. The Harrier Candidates platform is free for all candidates. For employers we charge commission on any candidates placed via the platform but at half the cost of using an external agency. On top of this there will be a small subscription fee in the future, but any employer who signs up at www.harriercandidates.com before May 31st 2023 will be guaranteed not to face any charges for the rest of the year. We currently accept candidates in the following territories: Western Europe, Nordics, South Africa, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada.
