Harris has completed a diversity of projects including but not limited to medical, food processing, institutional, commercial and industrial building markets during the past ninety plus years, comprising a construction dollar volume well in excess of one billion dollars. Harris Construction Co., Inc. has enjoyed an enviable success ratio in garnering construction projects from the competitive bid market, augmenting a negotiated project clientele that is approximately 50% of the firms annual completed construction dollar volume of approximately 100 million dollars. Design/Build and Construction Management Services also constitute a portion of Harris' negotiated projects. Much of the success of our organization has been due to the ability to provide valuable preconstruction services for clients prior to finalization of project plans and specifications, an excellent rapport with subcontractors and materials suppliers located throughout California, and the ability to complete projects on schedule and within established budget constraints.
