Harrison Legal Limited was established on the 29th July 2019 by Caroline Harrison. After working for over twelve years in Glasgow and then Kilmarnock as a Solicitor, Caroline felt that it was time to establish her own practice specialising in family and child law. She has a passion for representing her clients at Children’s Hearings and all associated proceedings to the best of her ability. She is not shy to challenge the intervention of the state in family life and to ensure that all of her clients receive fair and independent treatment at these hearings whilst dealing with some of the most difficult times in their families lives. Caroline has vast experience in raising and defending court proceedings in Sheriff Courts and in the Court of Session and whatever the matter is that you require advice on she will endeavour to obtain the best result possible. Caroline understands how important her clients cases are to them and deals with cases efficiently and without delay. She has ensured that her firm is not just a normal business hours firm and provides a 24 hour emergency telephone line to ensure that if you are facing an emergency situation and require legal advice then she is on hand to provide you with the necessary guidance and support. She appreciates that life does not come to a halt at 5pm! We carry out legal aid work and private work.
