Established in 1966, we are still family-run company with the same values of offering expert advice, a top quality product and a comprehensive service, at an affordable price. Our head office is based between York & Scarborough, in the heart of North Yorkshire. Our walk-in service centres in Hull & Leeds provide the same high quality, local service to all of Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshire. Harrison Hire & Sales are Yorkshire and Humberside’s premier Karcher and authorized Nilfisk dealer. We are an independent company and this enables us to supply and service many other high quality and key brands such as Numatic, Sebo, Hako, Tennant, Viper, Matrix and Edge. A BRIEF HISTORY Harrison Hire & Sales began as a hirer of agricultural equipment in 1966 in Settrington, North Yorkshire. Within 10 years Harrison Hire and Sales became a KEW distributor supplying, hiring and servicing hot and cold pressure cleaners. As our client base increased and our customer’s requirements changed, our product range and servicing capabilities developed further into floor cleaning machines, vacuums and steam cleaners. Harrison Hire & Sales soon expanded and established 2 more walk-in service centres in Hull and Leeds, both also offering widespread on-site servicing and maintenance of industrial cleaning machines. Today Harrison Hire & Sales is recognised by both Karcher and Nilfisk, as the top independent cleaning equipment supplier in the area and holds both Karcher Premier Dealer and Nilfisk Key Dealer status. Our close connections with key suppliers ensures a quality service and peace of mind to our loyal and ever-expanding client base for many years to come.
