About Harrison Spinks
We are an award-winning bedmaker of proudly different beds. Every Harrison Spinks mattress and bed is built on a belief in doing things the right way. For our customers. For everyone. At the heart of our approach is knowing that natural healthy sleep can only be achieved on a mattress that’s handcrafted from natural, healthy materials. British wool, homegrown hemp fibres, flax linen and more. We’re passionate about making beds in the most responsible way too. And for us, that means caring where everything comes from. It’s why we grow natural comfort fillings on our Yorkshire farm, weave our fabrics in-house and make our award-winning springs. Established in 1840, we are a fifth-generation family business that now includes hundreds of talented and passionate people. Each one adding their skills and knowledge to make beds that are as unique as the people who make them. As well as our own luxury mattress range, Harrison Spinks also manufactures ‘own label’ mattresses for retailers such as John Lewis and Dreams. Our vertical manufacturing business model, homegrown fillings, handcrafted quality and responsible innovation have earned us the highest accolades from HM Queen Elizabeth II and HM King Charles III. We are proud to be holders of 8 King’s Awards for Innovation, International Trade and Sustainable Development. We have won NBF’s Bed Manufacturer of the Year 5 times in the last 10 years – 2025/26, 2024/25, 2022/23, 2018/19 and 2015/16. Our unique approach to luxury bedmaking makes us different.
