Harshman & Company, Inc. is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and property management firm serving the Southwest Florida business community for more than two decades. Our property management team handles the buying and selling of commercial properties, lease transactions, and every detail of an asset for landlords, including accounting, maintenance and marketing plans. Our in-house, proprietary computer software database is continually updated with information from public records, personal interviews and other sources on thousands of properties in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. Through both aerial photographs and two-dimensional mapping, clients can uniquely experience the city’s growth, understand its history and determine where the market may be heading.
