Harvest Community Development Group, located in New Orleans, Louisiana is a sustainable architecture and real estate development firm. Our projects include mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality architecture. Our mission is to help revitalize blighted neighborhoods by creating a more vibrant, walkable, and livable community. HCDG has the capability to design and develop high-end master-planned communities as well as affordable housing for low-income families and military veterans, and transitional housing for the homeless. HCDG also offers urban/rural community planning and revitalization design services. Our goal is to improve inadequate housing, creating timeless designs on new projects, yet maintaining historic integrity & sensitive restoration on existing projects. HCDG is a mission-driven, low-profit limited liability corporation (L3C) entity characterized by its community-based leadership, which differentiates it from other firms. HCDG provides design-build and sustainable real estate development services. Our main objectives are to create initiatives designed to address the needs of the most vulnerable members of our community by fighting poverty, building & revitalizing communities, and community involvement. We specialize in revitalization, affordable housing, and master planning in low-income to moderate-income neighborhoods.
