Harvest Here Ltd. is a new business venture founded by John Holland in the U.K., with the purpose of producing amazing, fresh, nutritious, safe, great-tasting food immediately adjacent to where the food is purchased or consumed. Using many innovative and modern growing techniques, the Harvest Here system uses aquaponics as a natural system for producing sustainable fish and plant produce. Modular growing systems are deployed into the back gardens of hotels, restaurants, cafes, farm shops, camping sites or private homes. Bespoke solutions are available to cater for the precise food produce needs of the kitchen and chefs, with the objective of a year-round production supply.
