About Hastings Family Service
Hastings Family Service is a nonprofit organization in Hastings MN, partnering with our community to assist with the basic needs of food, clothing, transportation and housing for neighbors. Services include assistance with food and personal care items through our Market food shelf and a variety of food programs. Additionally, Community resource and financial assistance, Just Friends transportation, Meals on Wheels, School Supplies assistance, Project Share holiday assistance, and clothing/household vouchers through our Rivertown Treasures thrift store are available to residents of ISD 200. All services begin with a phone call to HFS at 651-437-7134. A Volunteer program of nearly 500 volunteers serve with kindness and dedication that makes all of the programs and services possible! Donations of food and personal care items, new or gently used clothing & household items are welcome at our Donation Center at 301 2nd Street East in Hastings Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. Join our HFS Family as a volunteer, consider a financial gift and the option of joining our Family Table monthly giving program, share your garden produce, or join us for the 28th annual Gobble Gait run/walk on Thanksgiving morning in Hastings!
