We’re the Adivi family, Pico-Robertson locals. We want what every busy family wants: Easy access to feel-good fuel. Our mission is to bring West LA quick, crave-worthy bites without the additives and compromises that usually come with convenience. Hatch Kitchen is a catering kitchen and storefront located in the heart of Pico-Robertson. We offer convenient, protein and nutrient-packed grab-&-go solutions with special attention to minimal processing and ethical sourcing. Plus, we're certified Glatt kosher by the OK. Sourcing the highest-quality kosher products in bulk can be challenging. Our preferred sources are already vetted for ingredient integrity, ethical supply chains, and sustainability by trusted leaders like Whole Foods. That's how we know we're feeding our community the way we feed ourselves. Our Ethos: Every dollar is a vote. We’re casting ours for a more just, transparent food system, with brands quietly leading by example. We spend top dollar on the most ethically sourced animal products available, whenever possible. We believe all farm life should be provided with healthful, vegetarian diets, access to safe, comfortable shelter, natural sunlight and fresh, clean air and water.
