Hatchbury is a privately funded property development company that operates along the m4, m5 and m40 triangle. We have two arms to our business, namely urban and rural. Our aim is that our developments fall within our ethos of retain and enhance via conversion or new build. Simply, we focus to retain the character of the area and enhance the community we are developing. We are constantly seeking new residential or mixed-use development opportunities of all sizes, scales and values, with or without planning permission. We have both the relevant experts and knowledge of the planning system to ensure the best possible outcome in the most effective time frame. As a privately owned company, we are able to operate with freedom and flexibility, and can activate finances quickly to secure and complete land acquisitions. We work alongside leading architects to create thoughtful and elegant building designs that provide light, spacious and well-proportioned bespoke properties. We enjoy a close collaboration with interior designers to ensure the appropriate style for each project, which is founded on principles of innovation, detailing and craftsmanship.
